Salesforce’s Spring ’26 Release focuses on the Agentic Enterprise framework where human expertise and AI Agents work together to drive customer success. Today, we bring to you a few of our favorite new features build on the Agentic Enterprise.
Nonprofit Cloud

Lastly, we are excited to announce Volunteer Shift Capacity and Coverage. This feature gives you time back and reduces manual tasks. This is done through accessing an internal agent to identify open shifts and assign tasks to volunteers.

Field Service
Voice to Form
A very exciting new feature launching is the Voice to Form inside of the Field Service App. This new feature allows technicians in the field to go completely hands free by using simple voice commands to complete fields on a form allowing them to work more efficiently on the job.

Native Geographic Information System
We are also excited to introduce Native Geographic Information System. When agents use this feature they are given access to a complete, 360-degree map view of all jobs, assets, and data directly within the follow of work. This system will keep all your information in one place so that you do not have to switch between apps. The maps will update easily, even in low signal places.

Dynamic Scaling
Lastly, we are introducing Dynamic Scaling. By using AI-powered optimization, agents are able to improve field service operations. This gives the ability to optimize up to 50,000 appointments at one time. This gives the user more time in their day by helping with scheduling and freeing up time for dispatchers. Use the link below to get started with Dynamic Scaling.
